U-3000 unitized curtain wall with conventional and butt-glazed framing, convex and concave configurations, 18” and 36” deep sunshades, interior light shelves, integral rollshade pockets and high-performance glass.
“Eaton Center was designed to embody and physically communicate the corporation's values of transparency and accessibility. As such, the curtain wall throughout was carefully crafted to support the visual connection between indoor space and the surrounding landscape while allowing daylight to penetrate deep within the office environments. Working in close collaboration with Bruce Wall Systems, we were able to achieve a detailed, custom engineered yet economical solution. The resulting highly articulated and rich texture of the enclosure brought to Eaton Center a degree of elegance and refinement. Furthermore, the high performance wall system contributed to the project being among the largest LEED-Gold certified projects in Ohio.”
